How to Play 4 Colors: Instructions and Tips

The goal of 4 Colors is to be the first player to empty your hand of cards. You play cards by matching either the color or the number of the card previously played.

Instructions:

1. Start the Game: The game begins with each player receiving a hand of cards.
2. Match Cards: On your turn, play a card from your hand that matches the color or number of the top card on the discard pile.
3. Draw a Card: If you don't have a matching card, you must draw a card from the deck. If the drawn card can be played, you may play it immediately.
4. Special Cards: Utilize special action cards (like Skip, Reverse, Draw Two, or Wild cards) to gain an advantage over your opponents.
5. Call "One!": When you have only one card left, you must announce it (mentally, in this online version!) before your next turn. Failing to do so might incur a penalty.
6. Win the Round: The first player to play all their cards wins the round.
